My legal opinion as an ex-attorney for 20 years is that if TRUMP ZERO releases the memo that Nunes changed after it was approved by his committee and the Democrats and the FBI and justice department prove, which they will, the intentional, knowing and malicious and false basis of the memo and the disclosure of the memo weakens national security, the obstruction of justice against TRUMP ZERO is going to balloon out to a Conspiracy to Obstruct Justice and a lot of people are going to go to jail and TRUMP ZERO will be Impeached and convicted. TRUMP ZERO cannot win against the Justice Department and the FBI. Not to mention that when TRUMP ZERO'S base has to deal with TRUMP ZERO trying to destroy the FBI they will abandon TRUMP ZERO and the whole mess will slop over onto the Republican party.
I think the FBI may stage a walk out. When the public sees the faces of all these loyal Americans in the Justice Department and the FBI they will DUMP TRUMP ZERO. Especially if a lot of those faces say they voted for Trump Zero.
THE BOTTOM LINE HERE IS THAT TRUMP ZERO IS REALLY CRAZY, TOTALLY NAIVE, OR JUST A TRAITOR TO THE UNITED STATES.

And I again say the government could shut down on February 8th and that will bring this matter to a quick head. I am considering now that Nunes is hooked up with TRUMP ZERO in a way that gives him no choice but to become a traitor. Nunes may know that Mueller has found a link between TRUMP ZERO and Nunes and the Russians or some other undeniable criminal act.

Folks, TRUMP ZERO is truly an idiot, moron, politically naive, and negatively bolstering all of that is his monstrous ego.
The first thing I learned in political science in college was that presidents come and go but long-term bureaucrats stay. And long-term bureaucrats implement policy. Meaning, piss off the career bureaucrats and Presidental policies do not get implemented.
This is a concept that TRUMP ZERO cannot begin to fathom. His experience is that corporate executives, as in a president, have the ability to terminate uncooperative employees. Not so in the government.
So we are seeing the intelligence communities going out of their way to stop the release of the Nunes Memo because it is going to reveal procedures that will have a long negative shadow into the future of police work.
Let me insert here that if you screw over one government bureaucracy, then other bureaucracies are going to join in a silent revolt. The President is not king. If he wants to implement anything, he has to rely on the rank and file career bureaucrats to implement. PERIOD.
TRUMP ZERO has already gutted many bureaucracies. In so doing, he has basically communicated that bureaucrats are lazy and overpaid and useless.
Now the Democrats are beginning to see that they have an obligation to respond. If the memo goes public, the Democrats will post their response publically. The idea is if the President is going to operate above the law, it is a signal for Congress and the Senate to do the same.
So if this memo goes out as it is presently written, TRUMP ZERO is going to be dealing with serious blowback from bureaucrats government wide and from the Democrats.
Further, the American citizens are going to be greatly angered at the unfounded attacks on the FBI. The FBI is a sacred American bureaucracy. All the cops in America support and look to the FBI for leadership and help. So not only will there be blowback from Americans appalled at the weakening of the FBI, especially when they are responsible to hold back terrorists on American soil that TRUMP ZERO talks about all the time, there will be a silent blowback from all policemen in America. And their spouses who daily live with the danger of the job who perceive the danger increasing because of the political attack on the FBI.
The blowback will be against the Republicans, not just Trump.
TRUMP ZERO is being warned about releasing the memo by just about everyone. He is an arrogant fool. He got rid of Comey and that brought on Mueller. If he releases the memo, he is going to get the opposite effect of what he thinks he is going to get.
I feel TRUMP ZERO is going to release the memo. So I am moving away from trying to stop the release to considering how the release is going to be the worst mistake TRUMP ZERO will have made to date and probably for the rest of his presidency.
I generally feel that Americans of all stripes are reaching a tipping point of going negative on TRUMP ZERO. If that happens, he will no longer be president and he will see his empire implode as I have said ever since he won the Republican nomination.
There are too many people pushing back now. People who are pushing back because they have no choice if they want America to remain strong.
Lastly, TRUMP ZERO needs to consider that in 8 days the government again runs out of money. So if he releases the memo, the fight over keeping the government open is going to be 50 times more intense than 2 weeks ago.
If TRUMP ZERO releases the memo, there is going to be all out war between Democrats and Republicans.

OK Folks, what we saw last night was a scripted nothing State of the Union Speech. We do not know who that was that gave the speech. It was whitewashed, it said nothing, it avoided all the real issues, it was the scripted stuff of The Apprentice show that made a really big Dumb Ass look like a smart guy Conservatives would want for President.
1) Trump had this big big bunch of money coming in from taxes and he cut taxes by the billions and billions for the rich and the corporations which are owned by the rich and he made the stock market go up but the trickle down to the average American is really not much. Bonuses that have been handed out are not permanent wage increases. It is a little tax relief for the little guy that is going to go poof next year. It was a little bump because elections are only 10 months away now.
OK. TRUMP ZERO GAVE AWAY HIS FUNDS.
2) Now TRUMP ZERO wants to spend $40 billion to build a wall. Now TRUMP ZERO WANTS $1+ trillion ($1000 billion) for infrastructure. Now TRUMP ZERO want hundreds of billions for the military.
OK. TRUMP ZERO GAVE AWAY HIS FUNDS.
So TRUMP ZERO gave away his funds in the first year of his presidency. Now he is going to tax the average American over the next 10 years or more to pay for the Wall, Infrastructure and Guns and Bullets. It is a gigantic long run screw job of the average American taxpayer. It is a transference of wealth from the poor and average American to the top 3% of wealthy. American. And of course, it is his rich buddies who are going to get all these contracts.
SORRY. FOLKS. TIME TO WAKE UP AND SMELL THE COFFEE. I am talking now to those who voted for TRUMP ZERO and still support him. You know, the minority of American voters.
3) I am glad TRUMP ZERO has been reading my posts. I was shocked when he admitted that the did not understand government as not a purely business venture. He said he did not understand that you have to carve out a big part of the budget to help the helpless. You have to factor in that 20% of all profit has to be given away to the Americans on the bottom of the social and economic pyramid. What TRUMP ZERO has been doing is saving money by cutting services that Americans want.
4) We heard about how TRUMP ZERO got rid of the heart of Obama Care which is mandatory participation. Without that, Obama Care is dead. In Obama Care we add up all the costs for health care and divide that cost out over all the sick and healthy people. Now that Obama Care has been killed, the taxpayers have to pay increased taxes to pay for Emergency care and welfare health care for the poor. So instead of everyone specifically paying for the health care, we have the Health Care Corporations still making money off Health Care and the government taxing people to pay for the welfare Health Care. Again more shifting of money from poor to rich.
AND GET THIS. TRUMP ZERO HAS KILLED OBAMA CARE, BUT THERE IS NO REPLACEMENT. NO TRUMP ZERO PLAN FOR THE GREATEST HEALTH CARE ON THE EARTH THAT HE PROMISED.
5) ISRAEL. Isreal is an apartheid state where all citizens are not given equal rights. As in the Israeli Jews get benefits and the Arabs Israeli's dont.
