I am against virtually everthing that Donald Trump represents from the unlimited accumulation of wealth, a refusal to be charitable to relieve the suffering in the world and to promote uplifting programs, his racism, his focusing on Muslims as secondary citizens, his isolationism in the non-stoppable growing Globalism, his constant lies, his arrogance with regards to just about every one and every country in the world. His refusal to show his income taxes so that Americans can clearly see his bias toward his Empire and potentally contrary to American interests both local and globally. I believe criminals should be brought to justice and if their crimes are heinous, they can be executed. I have created the only solution that will permanently break any future gridlocks. First, the Electoral College must go. You cannot have a Democracy that operates on anything less than the majority rules. When you skew that principle in any way, then you put a crack in the foundation of any Democracy. The Electoral College allows a candidate to take the office of President who is not backed by the majority of the voters. If you think about that for a nano-second you have to ask: WHAT ????. We had an election just like in kindergarten and the loser won. Is that possible? Without the Electoral College, 80% of the chaos that has existed for the last two years would not have occurred. Democrats, the majority of the voters against Trump, have a right to attack the Trump Presidency on every issue because he does not represent the majority view. Even with the Electoral College out of the Constitution, there is still a problem of one party having the House, Senate and White House. The tendency is to take advantage of that majority and stop compromising. Then when the opposite party becomes the majority in the House, Senate and White House, they extract payback and reverse the laws that were passed by the prior party. That creates ongoing chaos in government. The solution is my candidacy for President. It is an independent write-in candidacy. Independent in the true sense, meaning no association with either existing party or any new party. The Democrat and Republican parties truly represent the counter positions on all not agreed on issues. There is no need for a third party except one to call to attention to an issue avoided by both the dominant parties. That party could conceivably win a seat in the House and have its views represented but it is unlikely to win a seat in the Senate or the Presidency. Those offices require a broader perspective. The Office of the President needs to represent a middle ground of some Democratic and some Republican issues. An independent candidacy for President would have a flexible platform from election to election. It would not force voters to accept an all or none platform of one party or the other. The various Independent candidates would support a different combination of the Democratic and Republican issues or a different priority on the issues. And as a result, the voters could choose the direction they wanted the government to move in the next four years. Also, an Independent candidacy would focus on the candidate and not the party. The independent candidate would have to present himself as the best candidate to move the country forward as opposed to the best candidate to move the inflexible agenda of one party or the other forward. An Independent President would be free to work out a compromise because he or she would not be locked into the Democratic or Republican platform with reduced ability to compromise and move the government forward. NOW CONSIDER THIS: I am proceeding to implement this concept. I am running as an Independent Candidate. And I am running as a write-in candidate which means I do not have to participate in party primaries. It means that the platform and agenda I had two years ago when I declared myself a candidate for President, I will promote for four years until the next election. I do not have to rip apart my fellow party members during primaries which always leaves animosities. Primaries are divisive events. There is no way a state can prevent a write-in candidate. If there is no room on the ballot, all the voter has to do is write it in on the paper ballot. Even if the electronic machine refused to count the vote, I think a lawsuit by the candidate could force the state to count the write-in votes. I do not think the constitution could be read to deny a voter to vote for a nonparty affiliated candidate for President. Since my candidacy will be the first of its kind, you can bet the write-in issue will go to the courts if even one state refuses to count write-in votes for president. If a state tried to disallow write-in votes in for the Federal Office of President, I think that would be a clear case of Federal voter disenfranchisement. I will put all 50 states on notice that if they try to prevent or discount or ignore or otherwise deny a write-in vote for me for President, they will be facing potential chaos in the elections in November 2020. The bottom line here friends, is that our government is shut down for the third time this year. That is a severe problem and it must be addressed. Why should I be president in 2020? As departing senators said their goodbyes to Washington, a number of Democrats and Republicans took the opportunity to express concern about the state of the Senate and the political climate.
Our enemies are going to be emboldened to try very incredible things if it looks like a standoff is going to linger much longer. The best time for Russia to attack is if the government is impossibly deadlocked for even a short period of time. The Republicans know there is a point of no return in which the public puts the shutdown on Trump and the Republicans. Then no more Republican Party. The legal challenges to Article 4 of the 25th Amendment will take too long to resolve because the law is not clear. So I think the unthinkable will emerge as an alternative. That would be the Julius Ceasar solution but with a needle as opposed to swords. A heart attack of a 71 year old fat man becomes a viable solution of as few as one conspirator. Let us all hope that the Republicans go to Trump and tell him in no uncertain terms that he either backs down or they align with the Democrats and Impeach him and close down his financial empire as well. That should get his attention. The Republicans are the Illuminati and they are not going to take a chance of losing their power of money over America. The power that came into play and brought Trump into the White House. This is all beyond Trump's imagination. He is trying to establish himself as a dictator and he thinks this Wall Issue may be his vehicle. The problem I see is that if and when it becomes obvious that Trump is not going to back down even if it destroys America, there will not be time for a long drawn out response to his insanity under the 25th Amendment. When it becomes obvious that he is insane enough to irreparably handicap America, there will only be days or a week at the most to react. The reality is that the Republicans at the top of the political pyramid will have to make it happen. They need to have a serious talk with Trump now. Serious as in deadly serious. And if he does not back down, they will know what has to be done. And I want everyone to remember that it was two women at Fox News who pushed Trump's insanity button and brought America to this edge of the cliff scenario over the stupid wall. And I want to further point out, that no other candidate for President has been willing to speak out any solution to this problem. Meaning no candidate has seen the reality of this situation. It seems to be agreed that this case is part of the Mueller investigation. There is a great deal of secrecy in this matter because the floor of the D C Appeals court hearing the motion was closed off during the hearing. This is a very big deal. Trump's lawyers say it does not involve Trump and this may technically be true at this point but the company would seem to be in some way connected to the Trump Organization and Trump and his children. In other words, if a reporter knew the name of the foreign company, the potential link to Trump would be obvious. No foreign corporation not connected to the President would require such high security. We may well be on the doorstep of whether a sitting President can be indicted or forced to testify to a grand jury. The Chief Justice would want to buy some time to consider the potential indictment of Trump and grand jury issues that are going to follow his decision, or the full court's decision. So I do not think the Chief Justice has any doubt how the Supreme Court is going to rule, but that ruling will be so explosive he has to have some time to consider all the ramifications and fallout because this will probably be a constitutional crisis.. The decision seemed to be pretty cut and dried to the DC Appeals Court. Further, we have to consider that Trump staying in Washington waiting on a response to the border wall does not merit Trump staying in Washington. But a decision by the Supreme Court in this matter could mean that Trump would be on the fast track to the end of his presidency. Now that would hold Trump in Washington to talk with his lawyers. What this means is that the Mueller Investigation could get real hot and move real fast after the first of the year. I also think that the Chief Justice needs to decide on this matter before the Democrats take over on January 3. If he does not, he is going to lose control to the Democrats and the media who will put it on the top of the news for a week or maybe more. There is another factor that I have been saying for two years. Trump cannot afford to resign. He must have the power to pardon in order to save himself and his family. So Trump is going to have to ride out whatever is coming at him and pray for a miracle. Like an article I read the other day said, "No one expected Nixon to fold so fast. But once Nixon knew there was no way out he had to look for the path that would not crash his whole life." After two years, this may be where Trump is. He is staying in Washington to use every spare minute to try to get all the potential scenarios on the table. I also agree with Comey that this whole Trump matter needs to play out in the open. If any of it is kept behind closed doors or if Trump resigns too soon his base is going to start a conspiracy theory that a coup has taken place in Washington. Again, I dont think this is going to come to a head and close fast because Trump must protect himself and his children. It is not just about him. He has involved his children in his administration which was stupid and now they are going to hold him in place; tied to the railroad tracks as the train is barrelling down on him. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts has weighed in on a clash over a mysterious grand jury subpoena, which is rumored to be connected to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe.
In the elections last month, we see hope. The Democrats won over Republicans of 2016. Will they be forever converts? I hope so. But sadly the vote last month was against Trump. It was not for any Democrat. There is no Jack Kennedy to lead the Democrats. Bernie Sanders is a good guy but his agenda is too limited. He is an old mule in an old rut. He is not part of the 21st century. Biden is worn out. O'Rourke is another Trump except not a dark soul, just an inexperienced one. A great cheerleader against the Republicans but no foundation. He will be lost as President. He needs to cut his political teeth by removing John Cornyn from the Senate. What a piece of work that guy is. For me the answer is education. Significant teaching people how to think as well as prepare them for the jobs of the future. There are no more manufacturing jobs for Americans because their labor is too costly. We have to become the most educated nation on the planet and hopefully other nations will follow. But the short run of the next four decades must embrace the fact that we must educate ourselves or continue to be the dupes of a foreign malignant force. The big economic boon of the last year has been about nothing but Trump cutting back all the regulations that keep greedy Republicans in check. Like always with Republicans, a crash is coming on Wall Street in 2019. Anyone who takes a look with half a brain can see that Wall Street is faltering. The tariffs are probably going to be the core downfall of Trump-o-nomics. But 2019 is going to show a huge dive in the stock market. The wealth that appeared quickly is going to vanish quickly. The Tax boon to the wealthy and the massive increase in debt are going to bring hard times. Like after 8 years of Dubya Bush, Obama had to save the economy. Then the stupid people put another rich guy corrupt Republican in charge. Insanity is doing the same thing expecting different results. So went the economy with Bush so it will go with Trump. The solution is a smarter voter base. The solution is recognizing that Party politics as presently defined does not work. We are on the eve of another shutdown. NOTHING is more stupid than a government shutdown. Something new must be inserted into the mix. And what that is, is what I am presenting. An Independent, not Party aligned, not PAC sellout candidate for President. And a candidate who is qualified to arbitrate between the existing Parties. An arbitrator committed to America but not married to a party will allow both parties to continue business as usual but without the control that comes with owning the President. Friends, just about everything you buy, you buy because you have been influence by slick advertising. That has been going on since the 1920's when people were sold on the idea that they should go into debt to have more than they can afford to buy. I have asked since college, do I eat Cheerios because I like them or because I have been sold that they are the best cereal. Do I eat Cheerios because subconsciously my mind locks on the big yellow box on the grocery store isle? College students acquire degrees in advertising. It is a career to understand the psychology of selling. Josef Goebells the propaganda minister in Nazi Germany was the first master manipulator of advertising. Now what we have is the average person countering the ads of the big PAC's (Political Action Committees) and it is making people think more about the truth and what they really believe in by comparing ads. But this does not mean a better candidate selection and better politicians. Why? Because all advertising is just puffing. It is a matter of puffing up the better points of your products and ignoring the weaknesses as you focus on the weakness of your competitor's products and attack his strengths. This is where psychology and sociology and such come into play. They are the nuances of advertising manipulation. What words not to use. What words to use. Putting words and images in that are positive. As one super salesman, Zig Ziggler said, "Sell the sizzle not the steak." So right now politics for the average person, for those who spend a lot of time in front of the TV or "boob tube", is about selling candidates the way you sell fast food. The battle of the advertising firms causes people to think. But the news makes people think more deeply. Yes, newspapers are biased as well. But not as fine tuned biased as Advertising. The News tries to present some semblance of the truth. Advertising at the end of the day does not care about truth and credibility but it cares about sales or in politics, votes. The news, especially if you listen and watch both conservative and liberal media outlets, is going to give you more facts and more comments on the facts which will better help you to decide on a candidate that just paid advertising will not. A gross statement is that you get 10% truth from advertising and 50% truth from the news. Maybe now that people feel an increased sense of empowerment knowing their small contributions can fight the big PAC's and Party propaganda, they will feel drawn to actually go to the news for a little more information. I have been selling my whole career. I started selling life insurance in 1972 after my discharge from the army and then moved to other forms of insurance and then to accounting, tax, law and web design. I was self-employed in all these businesses. And selling was also important in the trial lawyer business and in writing pleadings. So one aspect of my career is that of a professional salesman. And that is why I have been sounding the alarm against Trump since he was designated the Republican candidate for president. His constant lying made me nauseated and angry because he was lying about and twisting American Democracy. Being a professional salesman I was looking at everything he said as a professional salesman. That being said, there is a new development in the selling of a candidate that none of the news outlets or reporters or anyone else has really thought about. It is the nature of my Independent candidacy for President. The foundation of why I believe I can and will win the Presidency in 2020. That new political ingredient will outperform advertising and bias reporting. That ingredient is the candidate being in some kind of daily podcast discussing the issues. A format where voters can do what they do best, evaluate a candidate in an unstructured one on one conversation. Nothing is more powerful than seeing a candidate personally presenting his message. Just consider the impact of a candidate on Social Media every single day, live. A candidate that can day to day attack another candidates position and take all the time the candidate feels necessary to get his message across. And this is what is going to seriously impair advertising and the news, Social Media broadcasting is basically free. And that reality significantly discounts slick media ads. Professional ads are sanitized high-resolution images and sound bytes. FANTASY. A live broadcast for a candidate is REALITY. So I have a plan for getting myself out in front of the nation. But in my particular case, I have something the other candidates do not have. I have the credentials necessary to function in the role of President. All the right stuff for the Presidency that Trump does not have. Trump is a Carnival Huckster Facade of a Clown for President. A liar. A lazy mentally challenged apathetic loser as the President of the United States. Can you imagine Trump or any other candidate writing something like you see above. NO WAY. They dont have the right stuff. And they have to lie because their PAC and their party demands it and is paying for a certain result. Now to the issues. I absolutely believe in a balanced budget and my accounting and legal background tells me that the USA is way too far in debt. It will take at least 3 generations to clean up that deficit. I am not going to pile on another 2 trillion dollars. I am going to undo as much as half of the Trump tax cuts to the upper 5% of Americans. I am going to increase the minimun wage but over 8 years and I am going to adjust that Federal minimum wage based on the standard of living in the particular states. In other words no set minimum wage from coast to coast. The cost of living in California and New York is outrageous compared to Mississippi and Alabama. I am going to increase the minimun wage with an eye to replacing the money paid out. I am going to bring back pro-union legislation because only unions can negotiate higher wages. Politicians are owned by the big corporations and they are not going to be fair in increasing the minimum wages. If politicians were any good at making sure all Americans have a fair wage, the minimum wage would not be as low as it is right now. Next, no entitlements to anyone without a high school education or GED. This will not be applied retroactively. Giving money to individuals who cannot or will not improve their ability to earn more money is throwing money away. Next, any female who refuses or cannot identify the father of her child receives no entitlements. This will be applied retroactively with benefits decreasing over 10 years. The cost of entitlements can be offset by child support from the fathers. If a father does not have a job, he will be employed on government infrastructure work and his wages will be deducted to pay for the child support including back child support. Failure to work means jail time. And that jail time will require other more manual work programs and if the delinquent parent does not work, he or she will not be allowed commissary. Believe me, this will get the convicts in the fields. I believe in free birth control but I am willing to begin by only giving free birth control to all women who recieve entitlements for their children. I will give some monetary benefit to fathers and mothers who agree to be sterilized. Vasectomies and Tubal Ligations. We have to stop the problem from expanding with additional children. I feel completely justified to limit entitlements to one child per parent. If they have three children, no benefits for the third child. This being said know that I intent to make Obamacare for everyone real. So medical bills will not be something that entitlements beneficiaries are going to have to be concerned about. Further on my agenda is waiving 75% of all student debts. And I expect to move toward 100% financed state college education. I am a believer in determining if children at the end of the 9th grade should be directed to vocation education for two years or allowed to proceed toward a college education. Students knowing that without a high school diploma or GED means no entitlement in their lifetime, should get their attention. I intend to examine every state that promised that gambling money would be used for education if the legislation was passed and did not do that. They will be subject to immediately rerouting, not retro actively, those gambling funds to state education or have their federal gambling licenses revoked. I intend to make drugs and pot legal and tax it like cigarettes and alcohol and funnel all the drug and pot taxes to education. America to remain competitive in the world must invest heavily in education. Period. Higher education will mean a lower birth rate and more reduction to government entitlements. Further, a collateral issue is that I will not allow a single anti-abortion bill that does not have a funding bill attached. If Religionists want no abortion then they can support funding bills for the unwanted children. Abortion will be provided for free. And to cut down the number of unwanted children, the Federal government will provide coast to coast free birth control. I believe that it is a matter of economics and any religious consideration in legislation on birth control and abortion is a violation of the First Amendment dictate of Separation of Church and State. So unlike the Socialist Senators Brown, Booker and Harris no free lunches. You want to hand out benefits, IN TRUTH BUY THE POOR VOTERS, then you have to make the math work, Money out after money in. Folks this is why I am running an Independent write-in candidacy for Presidency where I am not selling my influence to big donors, PAC's or the Republican or Democratic parties. I believe that once Brexit is resolved and I believe the the UK will not leave the EU, then the EU is going to focus on Palestine. Trump is in too much trouble politically to push any kind of agreement between Israel and Palestine. And I can understand why he would expect Trump to give him a pardon because it has been at the direction of Manafort that there has been so much chaos from the White House for two years. It amazes me that Manafort was reporting back to Trump and the White House about the nature of Mueller's investigation into Manafort to give Trump a heads up when Manafort was under a plea agreement to help Mueller. There could not have been any Ok from Mueller for Manafort to keep advising and working with Trump against Mueller every minute. There can be no doubt that Manafort could disappear into Russia and never be seen again and yet continue to work in his lying spycraft to destabilize governments including the USA. I think this article is so complex in its implications that few people can follow just how traitorous the team of Manafort and Trump really is. There is no doubt that Trump will find ways to get Manaforts advice and probably use his contacts to continue to cover the White House and create even more chaos. Manafort was working for the Russians. And it seems obvious that Putin and Trump were using Manafort to communicate with each other. Manafort is such a master spy I have no doubt he has money hidden and deep cover contacts all over the world but for the most part Russian based. This guy needs to rot in jail for the rest of his life. America is not safe with Manafort out of jail and free to move around. It is obvious that if released from jail he is going to go right back to doing evil. I am amazed at how much control he had over Trump and the White House. It seems to me that this is just the tip of the iceberg. I think Mueller has now set Manafort in the center of all the action and he is now going to start connecting other people in and out of the White House to Manafort as well as Russians like an average person would hang ornaments onto a Christmas Tree. My opinion after reading this is that Manafort must never get out of jail and if he does I would think the chances will be good that he will be terminated probably by Russia. Putin kills whoever he needs to kill. Even though we have to admit that Mueller did not even slow Manafort down from plying his spycraft and chaos. Another thing that I see in this article is that Trump is as stupid in these matters as he is about everything else. I thought this was Trump's nature and how he conducted business. I see now that most of what has been going on came from Manafort. And that makes me wonder just how really deeply Trump is connected to the Mafia his whole career where guys like Manafort operate like Manafort as a matter of course. Something else is how many people voted for Trump and saw him as a credible super successful businessman. How they could be swayed so easily by Trump's lies. I knew Trump was bad from day one. I always thought he was just a super huckster. Now I feel confident that Trump is capable of ordering a killing. I think it is obvious that he admires all the rogue bad heads of state in the world. I think Trump wishes that he could have a reporter viciously murdered like MBS did Khashoggi. I have always said that Trump would lose everything if he became president. And I think Mueller has enough right now to make that happen. I think Mueller is going slow until January 3 when the new Democratic House takes a seat and can provide him with protection and can extend his investigation in many different ways. I think come February Trump is going to look like a bug caught in a spider's web who is being slowly wrapped up for future disposal. And I feel certain at the back of everything Trump has done there is a financial aspect. I think the Democrats are going to get into all of them. I feel certain the Senate will not indict Trump and the power to pardon is critical to Trump to be able to use in the last few days of his office. I think Trump will not resign. I believe that as soon as Trump exits the Presidency who knows how many suits will be filed against him as a citizen. I do not want to see Trump assassinated. The conspiracy theories would make those about JFK look childish. Nixon had a rather normal life after his resignation. I don't think that will be the case for Trump. I think Americans are going to call for blood and I think all three of Trump's children and especially 666 Jared Kushner are going down as well. I think this whole Trump mess is going to play out as the darkest spot ever in American politics bar none. I think it will shake Americans to the core. But I also think it will wake Americans up as to just how ripped apart American Democracy has become after WWII. After 240 years the worst politicians, more Republicans than Democrats have learned a lot as to how to destroy the greatest nation that has ever been. My Independent campaign is the only future for Ameican politics where the President must come into the presidency as an independent force not connected to either party, big donors or PACs. The packing of the courts has been McConnell's masterpiece of traitorism. My cautious expectation is that the Democrats will take back American Democracy and the Republican party be severely set back. From NIxon to Trump, America has been on a steady slide down. And listen to me clearly, I see the Clintons now in a whole different much more negative light. I believe that the two party system is a good thing with competing interests neutralizing each other. But the Presidency has to be independent, a mix of the two platforms and a compromising check and balance. Having the House and Senate and White House of the same political party is dangerous. We can see that now. And dont forget Lyndon Johnson and Vietnam. We now know America does not have enough checks and balances. The Republicans with their money have crafted American Politics such that they can buy what the want by advertising to manipulate the ignorant and naive. 2020 is going to be a clear indication of the potential future of American Democracy. Democracy has to be defended against corruption on all fronts and that takes an informed electorate with determination. America Politics have exited its virginity era over the last 70 years. Now everything must change. Everyone must wake up. With all the political corruption we still have a president who is intent on promoting global warming that is well advanced to killing off a whole lot of the world human society. When the Democratic wave appeared Mueller felt safe to begin his revelations. The Democrats are coming on January 3. And they are coming for blood. I also have a political science and Bachelor of Accountancy degrees. I worked full time and went to college full time for 9 of 10 years. I never applied for any student loans. 4) I was a member of Mensa and Intel which means my VERIFIED IQ is in the top 1%. Donald Trump is a low mentality human being. He says he is smart. If he is he should show us by taking the Mensa test. Any candidate who does not have a high IQ, top 2% required by Mensa is not competent to be president. We dont need another Dumb Ass president. Nixon said he was not a crook. Trump says he is not stupid. 5) I have a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Houston and I practiced ACCOUNTING AND TAX from 1977 to 1993. I understand complex accounting, the stock market and taxes. I can read complex financial statements and I can read Government budgets. 6) I have a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and a Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) certificate both of which required 5 years in the INSURANCE business and 30 college hours. The most critical issue in the United States right now is Health Insurance. I understand the arguments from my experience and education. 7) In 1988, after my first divorce in 1987, and about to turn 40 I decided to make a commitment to WORLDPEACE (increasing the peace in the world human society) and changed my name. For thirty years I have found three areas that control the level of peace in the world. 1) Governmental Politics 2) Religious Bureaucracies and 3) The Legal and Justice systems.
